Sebastian went above and beyond for my family. Our mother was a patient in ICU. Sebastian consoled our family, each one of us. He made sure my mother was treated like a human should be treated. He helped wiped our tears, talked to our mother and, even though she was unresponsive, he spoke to her as if she could understand every word. He asked us our wishes and considered us for every move that was made. He made sure even when our mother passed away that we were alright. He consoled my brother, who took it the hardest, in such a heartfelt way. I've never seen a nurse go above and beyond as he did. We appreciate you, Mr. Sebastian, and pray you have many healthy years ahead of you, so you can help other families like ours grieve peacefully. Thank you so very much.
