While assisting with a new floor admission, Seendy noticed subtle but concerning changes in the patient's condition—head movements and garbled speech. Trusting her clinical instincts, she quickly turned on the camera to assess the patient more closely. Realizing the situation was urgent, Seendy remained calmly engaged with the patient while immediately notifying the bedside nurse.

Because of Seendy’s quick thinking and calm, decisive action, the bedside team was able to arrive just as the patient began experiencing a seizure. Her proactive response helped ensure the patient received immediate attention, likely preventing further harm and promoting a safer outcome.
