Selam Kemsi, BSN, RN

I have worked with Selam for the past year and she always demonstrates a willingness to help others and her patients are a priority. One night, she was our unit's charge nurse and we had a patient who was actively dying. When the patient began to pass, her first reaction was "is the patient alone?" and when she discovered the patient was indeed alone, she sat by the patient's bedside as they transitioned. This is a testament to her heart and the care she provides.
