Every so often one encounters another human who possesses some innate trait that shines. For me, that person is Selitha. She deserves to be honored. She is the type of employee any experienced company would be quick to hire and keep.
Enduring such extreme pain and so many other issues, I lashed out at underserving Selitha during our introduction. I was demanding relief for pain and having a hard time continuing my courteousness and patience. Selitha would have been justified to respond in the same fashion but she never waived from a high degree of professionalism. Like a soldier without flicker or reaction, with total professionalism, shining above and beyond your mission, Selitha listened, helped me and turned the tide.
In such a caring way, she summed up my concerns, addressed each individually, then followed up on every detail and, if necessary, kept seeking information. Her innate experience, drive, and lovely personality along with her wealth of knowledge were clear and appreciated.
Thank you for doing your job so well. Unfortunately, you endured the brunt of a difficult situation and that is unfair to you. I am sorry. And good for you, you stepped up to the plate and batted 1000. God's blessed your hands and mind for healing - the most important gift of all. Thank you for nursing me back to life. Enjoy your cinnamon rolls, I realize how difficult your jobs can be.
