I am the father of the patient. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the amazing care and compassion shown to my baby during her 8-day stay in the NICU. The way the team handled her, especially during critical moments like blood extractions, left us in awe. We were afraid for prolonged crying, but they managed to calm her down within a minute. It truly touched our hearts. The support and professionalism during discharge, and throughout our daughter's stay, were extraordinary. Special thanks to Sister Salma for her exceptional care and dedication; it was actually her who drove my daughter's whole stay and made it amazing. She was like a head that inspires her hands and feet to follow what’s correct and inspiring. Just like how she managed to inspire the other nurses. Her kindness and expertise will always be remembered. Thank you once again for everything!
