Selma has been our nurse twice the last six months, and she is amazing. Selma is a wonderful nurse who is attentive, caring, smart, and fun. Selma goes above and beyond her call of duty, and she listens to her patients and their families. She is an excellent nurse and person.
*****
Selma lit up my room whenever she walked in and always made me feel better. She is so special, and she really does care and wants her patients to feel better. Anytime I would ask Selma for something if it was not quite time for me to have it yet, she wouldn't forget I had asked for it and she would bring it when the time was right. Selma is a great nurse; she worked hard all weekend and was always in a good and laughing mood.
*****
Selma was our nurse when my Mother was admitted to the hospital. She was great at connecting with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Selma took great care of mom and me.
On Saturday after staying the night with my mother I was looking for ice. Selma helped me find the nutrition room and offered me coffee. I told Selma that I liked my coffee cold in the form of Diet Coke. Selma offered and insisted she give me half of her personal Diet Coke. Later on, even though she wasn't our nurse that day, she brought me a Diet Coke. Selma went above and beyond what was asked of her.
*****
Selma is an awesome person. She was good to my mom during her hospital stay. It was so comforting to know my mom was being well cared for by Selma. She meets all of the criteria of a great nurse.
