Selochini Kandasammy, AAS, RN

Ms. Selochini Kandasammy is originally from Guyana and migrated to the United States in 2003. She completed her nursing degree in Guyana and worked as a Nurse/Midwife for 28 years in her home country. She started working at Woodhull Hospital in August 2005 in the Operating room and regularly volunteers to provide support in the Ambulatory Surgery and Recovery Room (PACU) areas. Ms. Kandasammy is an outstanding team player and supports the team, even on her off days. Her work ethic is exceptional and she ensures that all of the proper protocols are followed while prioritizing patient safety and quality patient care.
