Semilyah has such a kind, compassionate heart and fully embraces all learning opportunities afforded her, seeking out ways to improve herself and provide better care. As part of her program, she was given the opportunity to work with the mental health outreach program. Semilyah went with the team into the community and was able to connect with Veterans where they were and provide nursing support to the team (drawing labs) in the field for nursing care. Semilyah is the kind of nursing trainee we love to have at TVHS; she embraces challenges and opportunities with compassion and eagerness, focused on providing excellent care to our Veterans!
