September is always ready to help and takes initiative for patient care and assistance to staff. She practices effective communication with nursing staff and physicians as well as patients and family members.
Communicating concerns to leadership and physicians in a timely manner. She lends a helping hand whenever needed and often offers to pick up extra shifts on days off to help cover staffing needs. She is reliable, being at work on time for all her scheduled shifts.
September provides care for all her patients with both sympathy and empathy. She recently went above and beyond to meet a patient's needs by organizing a home oxygen setup over the weekend. She consistently practices infection prevention to protect not only her patients but her coworkers, herself, and her family.
