My mom was diagnosed with stage IV cancer, and it was a very terrifying time. She was incredibly ill, and I stayed with her 24/7. Her nurse Sera went above and beyond on her worst night during her 13-day stay.

Sera changed my mom and her bed several times and checked on my mom frequently. She would come in to remind her of pain medication so that her pain wouldn't become excruciating due to forgetting to ask. We had the pleasure of having Sera 5 nights in a row and she was able to see mom's quality of life improve over her shifts thanks to her diligence.
