Serenity Kendall 2, RN

I would like to nominate Serenity for this award because of the exceptional care and compassion she showed me during a very difficult time. After my surgery, I was in intense pain and struggling emotionally. Serenity remained calm and comforting. Helping me through several panic attacks with incredible patience and empathy. I vividly remember how she went above and beyond. When her shift was ending, she chose to stay and walk with me to help ease my pain. At one point, I was in tears, and she gave me a much-needed hug. Reassuring me that everything would be Okay. In that moment, I didn't feel just like another patient-I felt seen, cared for, and genuinely supported. Serenity exemplifies what it means to be a truly outstanding nurse. She is compassionate, patient, and deeply committed to her patients' well-being. I am incredibly grateful for her care and wholeheartedly believe she deserves this award.
