Serenna was nominated by a patient's daughter for taking excellent care of her family during the end stages of her father's life. The patient's daughter knew her father wished to pass away at home. The family was grateful to Serenna for diligently making numerous calls to expedite the process of transferring him home. Shortly thereafter, he passed away at home surrounded by loved ones.
