Sergey is not only a charge nurse, he is one of the team. He will make sure nurses are not drowning in patient care by going over and above his duties. He will even take patients from nurses to ensure they are not overwhelmed and that patients get quality care. I have never seen him lose his cool. He is very level headed and even when there is a lot of pressure and stress. He helps the department run smoothly by encouraging teamwork. Most team members are happy to come into work when he is charging, even on their days off. He is a great leader and nurse.
