From the very first day, Sergey was incredibly supportive, encouraging, and patient. He didn’t just supervise me; he truly invested in my learning and growth. He shared so many helpful tips and tricks that made my practice smoother and helped me feel more confident. He always took time to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and make sure I understood not just what to do, but why we did it.

What really stood out to me was how Sergey treated his patients. He was so open, kind, and genuine with every single person he cared for. He made patients laugh, eased their worries, and took the time to talk with them, get to know them, and explain things in a way they could understand. It wasn’t just about getting through tasks; he made sure each patient felt seen, heard, and valued. Sergey also showed me what it looked like to handle difficult situations with grace.

Watching him manage challenging situations or tough moments with calmness and professionalism taught me lessons I will carry with me throughout my career. Out of all the preceptors and clinical experiences I had, Sergey truly made this one the best. Thanks to him, I grew so much in both my skills and my confidence as a nurse.
