Seth is always willing to help even if it means switching his schedule around. He has a positive attitude, he is accountable (dependable). When I was working as an RCM I would ask Seth to do things and he would do them with a cheerful heart. I learned that I could count on him to do the things I asked. He is very pleasant with the residents even when one resident decided she didn't like him because he is a christian he worked hard to restore the relationship.
