I have spent a lot of time over the years at your facility. Everyone I have come in contact with has been awesome. I first met Seth when I was in one room for three hours, while waiting for another room in intermediate care. He was very nice to me even knowing that the room had to be cleaned and the bed stripped for a patient that would only be there for mere hours. Other people on the floor told me that that is just typical Seth: a nice guy. He was very busy that night but still had time to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be.
This most recent time I was brought in with possible infected dialysis access. When I got to the room, I realized that I was on the same floor and across the hall from the same room as before. I truly believe that there is a reason for everything that happens to us. When Seth walked into the room I knew I was getting a second chance to tell this young man that he is a great care giver.
Seth was always very professional in his manner; he was able to make me feel human, comfortable, and that he truly cared. I have hope for the human race again.
