The patient was very ill when he arrived and very scared. Seth immediately took charge. His confidence and ability immediately led to reducing the patient's high anxiety. Seth focused on his multiple needs and worked quickly, calmly, communicated clearly, and worked very hard to help him feel safe. He worked nonstop through the night and was able to stabilize him as quickly as possible. Seth was amazing.
