Seth Sherrod, RN

I arrived with my grandfather to the ER since he had fluid in his lungs. After he was admitted and given a room, Seth arrived to assess my grandfather. Seth was very attentive, listened to our concerns, and moved information up the chain of command. It wasn’t the fact that he passed the information along, but he took the time to personalize our experience. Seth and my grandfather bonded over their mutual time in the armed services. From what I remember, Seth is relatively new to the profession, but his bedside manner matched that of a healthcare professional well beyond his experience level. Ultimately, my family felt as though we had an advocate on our side. Unfortunately, we came back with my grandfather for the same issues, and despite months passing, Seth recognized our family and greeted us like we had never left. Seth has a bright future here, and we appreciate all his help.
