Sev did my surgery prescreen and a subsequent follow-up call. Sev called the week of my surgery to prepare me for what to expect. She just had a wonderful phone presence – I felt like I was talking to a friend. Surgery isn’t pleasant but Sev helped my state of mind. Thank You!
