Shaela has been so very kind right from the beginning. She has always been one step before my needs. Never a bad word or unhappy face from her, always a "how can I help you?" I have been in the hospital many times and I have to say this nurse is the best nurse I have ever had. She does what is best for me and not what is easier for her. I have not once had to ask repeatedly for some help. Like I said she is usually one step ahead. Her bedside manner is outstanding. She has made me feel cared about in a true style, not just a put on. I feel she loves her job and it shows. I told her this morning she was the perfect nurse and it kind of threw her back a minute, but I wasn't saying it, I meant it. I was a CNA for years and I know what nurses go through, it's very hard work. This nurse is a perfect example of someone with good work ethics and lots of kindness and empathy. Shaela is for sure an Extraordinary Nurse!
