Shahd Alhemami played a crucial role in helping us overcome our anxieties about caring for our baby. From the beginning, she kept us well-informed, providing clear and detailed instructions on how to properly look after our baby. She patiently walked us through every aspect of her care, ensuring we felt confident about what to do.
One of the most valuable aspects of her support was her advice on breastfeeding. Anytime we had a question, no matter how small, she took the time to answer it thoroughly, always making sure we understood and felt reassured.
