As a stage 4 cancer patient with bone mets, the floor was out of my pain medication. Shahnaz did not wait for the pharmacy to get around replacing medications to their distribution machine. Instead, she went right down to the pharmacy to secure the medication so that I would not be in discomfort. Shahnaz's compassion and kindness were unmatched.
Shahnaz took the extra step and physically went to the pharmacy. That level of compassion cannot be taught. She cared that I would be in pain and immediately took steps to correct the issue.
