Shaikhah did made extraordinary efforts and provided unwavering support to the patient's family during one of the most challenging times in their lives.

A patient, who is 14 years old, suffers from a nerve degeneration disease. When her mother became pregnant with her other baby, the mother was praying to god that he would be healthy, especially after the genetic test showed he was not affected.

After his birth, the mother discovered that the baby had the same condition. This news was a huge shock for her, especially during her early days when she was still in her postpartum period. Shaikhah didn’t stop there. She played the most significant role in helping them cope with the shock.

Shaikhah provided the mother with emotional support and encouraged her to proceed with the baby's treatment despite the difficulty of the situation and the fear she felt as a mother. Even during her baby's treatment sessions, Shaikhah would call her from inside the treatment room to reassure me, which greatly eased my anxiety.

Shaikhah cared immensely for the baby as if he were her son. She advocated for his treatment request with the ministry and continuously followed up on his condition with love and dedication. The family can never forget her cooperation and kindness throughout their life.
