Shaily De La Cruz, RN
Shaily went the extra mile in my care on the floor. Always caring, gentle, and very exceptional. Because of the surgery I had, I now have an ostomy bag. Shaily knew I was anxious to know how to change the bag and the general care. She took the time to show me how to do it and provided me with a video from youtube as well. I’m nominating Shaily for her dedication as a nurse and over-the-top care of me during my stay.

Shaily is an amazing Nurse. She knows her work, and at the same time is kind and caring. She made my stay here less scary. I had a phlegm ball in my throat and Shaily was right there helping me get it up, which I did. All through the night, she was right there for me. Could not have asked for a better nurse. Please let her know how wonderful she is.

From the start, Shaily made her presence known and made me feel cared for. She listened to all of my concerns and offered advice and helped me as much as she could. She also pitched in above and beyond her own job when the techs were busy. She is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable.
