Ms Shaima is very dedicated to her work and care of patients. She always goes the extra mile. On a Thursday, when she was not on duty, I had 4 IUI (Intrauterine Inseminations) scheduled. I found her in the room with me, volunteering to assist me in 2 IUIs, thus helping her colleague and myself, even without me requesting it. And there are many more examples.
