Shakasey James, RN

Once I got to the floor, it was absolutely wonderful. Kasey James was an absolute angel. There were a couple of times she came in that I was crying and depressed over my daughter and granddaughter. She held my hand, took the time to talk to me, explained my medications, and explained everything that was going on. Anytime I rang my bell, she was right there within seconds. She was very concerned. She was excellent to not just me but all of her patients, from what I heard people talking about. Like I said, I could not have asked for better care. I am 68 years old and have been in Mainland many times, as well as other hospitals, and she was absolutely wonderful, so I hope you’ll give her the credit she deserves.

Shakasey and I have a mutual patient in room X. The patient is complaining of chest pain due to anxiety. Shakasey has been a compassionate RN. She went into the room, talked with the patient, and to ease their anxiety, she rubbed her back and reassured her that everything would be OK. Shakasey is a great RN!
