Shakell is a very special nurse. She tries her absolute best to make sure not just her patients, but all the patients are satisfied. She is one that always puts herself on the back burner and makes sure everyone is okay, including her fellow co-workers. Shakell is always ready to jump up and lend a helping hand. She is very selfless. She is awesome at what she does. Not only is she an awesome nurse she is a great person to talk to.
Since the time I first started here, Shakell has always encouraged me. She is always smiling. Sometimes I could be having a bad day and she'll come with a smile asking am I okay and don't hesitate to ask for help if I need it. Her encouraging words always push me to go further in my career. She always reminds me to go for it and constantly tells me that I can do it. Not only is it me that I hear her giving those encouraging words to, but others as well. Every time she opens her mouth to speak it's always something positive that comes out. I think Shakell Dismuke is a true DAISY Nurse and she represents Memorial Hospital Manor well!
