My experience with Shakira was excellent. She was professional and compassionate. I have worked with Shakira at Cheshire House and I can honestly say she treated me professionally.
She also reminded me that although she knows me that no one will know she took care of me. She was compassionate and found me a ham sandwich. She performed an IV site with excellence. She also listened when I told her I did not want any narcotics for pain. She found an alternative pain medication for me which went well.
I always thought she was a good nurse. Now I know she's a great nurse. She took excellent care of my privacy, dignity, and pain. Thank you.
