After my procedure, Mae always had a smile on, was super attentive, comforting, offered encouragement, and also engaged on a personal level, getting to know us outside of the patient/procedure. I had set a goal to be out of the hospital the same day of my procedure, but I was not able to. Mae saw my disappointment and consistently offered words of encouragement and even stopped by to see me the following morning in my room to make sure I was OK. That is above and beyond measure. She is definitely who I would want watching and caring for any of my family and friends should they need care at this facility. Mae truly exemplifies- "You deserve remarkable. Expect remarkable." With Mae involved in your patient care, "remarkable" is what you will get!
