My mom presented to the clinic for a complex situation. Shana collaborated with another nurse to appropriately triage my mom's situation; effectively taking into account finances, safety, clinic capabilities and what TMC recommended. She was able to convince my mom to get appropriate care (if you know my mom that is a feat in itself). Shana managed my mom's care appropriately and helped us get the answers we needed!
