I met Shanae when my husband was admitted for an outpatient procedure. Following the procedure, I was given unfavorable news. I was with my husband in recovery and Shanae saw I was upset and took time to talk with me and comfort me. Then days later, my husband was readmitted to have his leg amputated. To my surprise, Shanae was his pre-op nurse. She remembered us and I was greeted with a hug and a smile. She took such great care of not only my husband but for me and my family. Shanae is an incredible nurse and makes a tough time easier with her caring attitude. I have been truly blessed. Due to my husband's major health issues, he is frequently hospitalized. There are really great nurses, but Shanae went above and beyond and is extraordinary!
