Shanda Poore, RN

We have ended up in the ER twice this week for our 13-month-old. Shanda remembered us from the first time and went out of her way to say hi and ask how we were doing. During our second visit, my daughter started having chest retractions, and Shanda (who wasn’t even assigned to us that night) went out of her way to get a doctor and start a breathing treatment on our daughter. She then advocated for keeping us longer to make sure my daughter didn’t rebound. We felt very secure in her care and very appreciative of her help!
