Shandel did a lot for my son and I, but what tops the cake is her heart. Shandel cared for my baby many times during his stay and with another mother and her terminal newborn who were in a nearby room. Shandel showed so much compassion toward everyone and the situation. She stayed hours of overtime because she knew we all needed her. I don't even think it's a job to her. I believe it is so much more.
