Shandra has such a gentle disposition and is a great nurse who shows compassion, is caring with people, and has such a kind touch displayed towards us as patients. She shows concern when needed and is always available when she is needed. Her energy and smile brighten every patient's day. She is very attentive to our needs and respects each patient's journey! I must confess that having her around each day encourages me to show up, and her helpful ways make senior services a rewarding experience. I cannot say enough about Shandra's abilities with the patients and the doctor. She is valued by me 100%!
