Shandy worked with my mom’s health over the course of days and weeks. He helped me secure a room at the hospitality house and was very kind. We are from out of state, he asked if there was any family or support she or we needed. Shandy updated my stepdad over the phone multiple times, at various times of the day. He continued to give her kind, competent care until the end. When the time came for my mom to be moved to comfort care, he took the time to speak to me about her strength and the good things he experienced while she was on the burn unit. He was so kind to me as I wept, knowing we were going to lose my mom. Thank you Shandy for all you did.
