My Mom passed away at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. Shane Elfering took such good care of her and of me. He was right there when I was saying goodbye. He was rubbing my shoulders and so present, and I thank him forever for that. He brought me a tray with some nice things on it too. Shane was everything to me in that experience; I don't think that I would have made it through that without him being there.
