Shane and I started our nursing career at this facility at the same time. Over the years I have seen him grow into a positive role model. His leadership qualities include the ability to influence staff in an effective and positive direction. I have seen him many times being a patient and staff advocate. He has excellent clinical skills and I am always happy to know his my "back up". He has also supported me when I needed it the most I am very grateful.
