Shane Parish (5 North) & Shanelle Owens (5 South)
Shane and Shanelle worked the evening shift on 3/12/12 and were assigned to my grandfather’s care. They were both incredible. My grandfather is in the last stages of Alzheimer’s and at times gets extremely agitated. He is not aware of what is happening to him. They were able to calm him down enough to give him the treatment/medications needed. They were gentle in speaking to him and even got him to sing while they were helping him. They both should be commended for giving such personal care to my grandfather. Thank you both - my family and I are truly grateful.
