Shane is a pleasure to work with every day. She works with a smile on her face, always willing to lend a hand to anyone. She is often seen assisting a co-worker or helping housekeeping clean a room. She exemplifies the compassionate attributes that we expect from our nurses. She is knowledgeable and anticipatory of the needs of her co-workers and physicians. She is a strong role-model for all employees, especially new hires.
