I am extremely impressed at the level of care from ER to Hospital and staff, to the cleaning staff and the cafeteria folk. However, I wish to shine a light on a very thorough and detail-oriented nighttime nurse, Shane West. This young man leaves no stone unturned. His words are well-chosen and his desire to promote healing is quite evident in his bedside manner. He is a technical wiz with the equipment.
