Shanelle Morales, RN

I have never encountered a nurse like Shanelle Morales and I'm truly grateful for the care and concern she gave to my 75-year-old mom after being diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism. Shanelle brought a sense of calm that I'd never experienced. Her attention to detail and making sure I was in the know was extremely appreciated. Her ability to just listen was like no other. She made us feel like family and I trusted her. Please acknowledge her because in my experience she is truly deserving and we are lucky to have her!
