Shania was nominated by the spouse of a recent patient here at BRMC.
"Shania is extremely well suited for the nursing profession. She is very informative to both my wife and me. She explains everything before proceeding so that you know and understand exactly what is going on prior to the procedure or the medication." He goes on to express how compassionate Shania is not only to her patients but also to their families.
He states that "BRMC is extremely lucky to have such a dedicated nurse who lets her feelings and emotions "SHINE" to whoever she comes in contact with," and that it was because of the care given by Shania that his wife's care during a traumatic event was made more bearable.
