June 2022 Honoree
Shanieke Pryor, RN
Ms. Shanieke was my mother’s nurse for a few days during her stay at Summit. This was an extremely hard time for my mother as well as myself. We didn’t know what in the world was happening! Each time she came in and started her shift, she was like a ray of sunshine to our gloomy day. She was always so very kind and patient and very caring. I was most impressed with her ability to teach her nursing student. That’s very hard when you have a full schedule and patient load. She was very good at training the student, and she took the time to show her in such a sweet way even though I know darn well she was running her tail off. You are blessed to have her! Keep up the kindness.
Thank you, Shanieke, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
