Shanique Gardner, RN

We first met Shanique when she came to our organization as a travel/agency nurse. She's now a full-time hospital employee she was recognized by one of the physicians as the "most respected nurse on day shift" for the medical/surgical unit. Shanique received multiple patient comments retrieved from our Press Ganey patient experience reports. She was described as "being awesome", and "always went above and beyond." The nurse manager for the unit says she wishes she had 10 nurses just like Shanique. We are proud to have Shanique Gardner as a member of our nursing team.
