I’ve always admired the NCH staff, but Shankar is an exceptional caregiver. He was responsive, he listened carefully to my whining, and when I apologized for whining, he said, “Never apologize for that. You’re giving me the information I need in order to make you comfortable as you adjust to your new knee. So keep whining.” So compassionate and knowledgeable. He looks right at me as he’s giving me information; I never felt rushed. Shankar is the Best!
