Shanna always goes above and beyond. She always helps everyone. We shared a patient who was confused, combative, and very time-consuming. Shanna and I worked as a team to make sure the patient was taken care of. Her teamwork skills are always on point. She doesn’t mind helping with the vital signs, patient care, bed alarms, baths, call lights, and anything else to make sure the patients are well taken care of. She always has the patient’s best interest at heart. When you work with someone who doesn’t mind working together, it makes your shift better. Thank you, Shanna! You’re appreciated!
