Shanna Reynolds, RN, CCRN

Shanna actively listens to the patients, families, and visitors. She is always putting a smile on someone’s face. One day, I saw her bring in some rosemary from a plant at her home. Just the day before, a patient’s husband had asked for it because he believed that it would help with the recovery of his wife. Shanna did not question or dispute the validity of the request; she just brought it. This is just one example of the caring things she is always doing. She’s always available to help her co-workers with anything. Nursing, food and nutrition, techs, housekeeping—everyone. I’m proud to work with her.
