She was so friendly and had very good skills. She had a wonderful knowledge and ability to cut through layers of the hospital maze of people and protocol. She made sure I got beef broth, which was the first food that I felt like eating after 5 days of nausea and no food. She also helped me talk to the doctor about moving my procedure that was scheduled for a later date to the next day. Whatever I needed, she did or was able to get it for me. She is just great in so many ways and can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Thank you!
