Shannon was very professional, friendly, caring, and dedicated. I am grateful for her kindness to us while we were in the hospital. We thought we might be in for an overnight stay but ended up staying five days! We had three doctors of different specialties. Shannon helped coordinate them and helped us greatly in interpreting how to navigate the channels. She was always helpful and embodied what a nurse should be, plus some! She showed us immediately she loves her job and she's very good at it, very dedicated to making your time in the hospital less miserable.
