From the very beginning of our journey, Shannon has been a joy to have as a nurse. She has made H feel so comfortable and at ease. She was comforting during times of intense treatments. She is so experienced and knows what she is talking about. She knows exactly how to calm H to make her avoid anxiety attacks. H trusts her even more than me, her mom (LOL). For me, as a parent, I appreciate that she shares her life with us. Knowing she is a parent of a teenage daughter helps me to know that she understands H. We love Mrs. Shannon.
